Who runs this site
This site is operated by Aarti Mudaliar, founder of Aventura Frontiers. If you have any privacy question, or want your data removed, email aarti@aventurafrontiers.com and it will be handled personally.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, subscribe to the newsletter, or request a resource, we collect your name (optional) and your email address. That is it. We do not ask for a phone number, employer, or payment details on this site.
Why we collect it
Your email is used to send you the resource you asked for, program updates for the cohort you joined the waitlist for, and the Frontier HR Leaders newsletter if you subscribed to it. Nothing else.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not rent your email list to anyone. Access is limited to Aarti Mudaliar and the small team supporting Aventura Frontiers operations.
Where your data lives
Waitlist and newsletter entries are stored in a secure managed database. Emails are sent through standard email service providers. All providers are bound by their own privacy and security terms.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email aarti@aventurafrontiers.com and we will action it, usually within a few working days.
Cookies
This site uses only the minimum cookies required to keep the site working. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Site analytics
We measure how the site is used with our own first-party analytics. For each page opened we record the page address, how long it was open, the referring site, campaign tags in the link, device type, browser language, and the country the request came from. A random visit reference is created in your browser's memory and disappears when you close the tab.
No analytics cookies are set, no IP address is stored, and no data is shared with any third-party analytics service. These records are anonymous unless you choose to submit a form, in which case the visit reference is attached to your enquiry so we know which page brought you in.
